Pilates is a form of body conditioning designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture. It also enhances mental awareness and is beneficial to everyone, from the strongest athlete to those recovering from an injury. In fact, it's a great option for low-impact recovery and injury rehabilitation.

A Pilates session with our experienced instructor will strengthen and stretch your muscles, while improving your postural alignment, core, and flexibility. Your workout in our dedicated Pilates studio will include use of a reformer - a traditional piece of equipment that primarily uses resistance - to challenge your body to work on precise core movements and isolate more muscles. You can expect to feel stronger physically and mentally once you complete your session.

The Pilates program at HNH Fitness offers both private and duet sessions so that you can work out with a friend.
